You have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return an item. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Anything after that will not be accepted. Once your return arrives and is received it will be inspected prior to issuing any refund or exchange. Prior to any exchanges or returns, please contact us through our website.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Return credits will be returned to the method of payment used (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
